Comparing clinics?
Compare the whole course, not the monthly line.
Many clinics price by the month. That can look smaller on an ad, but a weight-loss or peptide course usually runs about three months. To compare fairly, ask any clinic for the total for 12 weeks, then add anything billed separately: consult fees, lab fees, follow-up visits, supplies, and whether the plan renews on its own.
At Flow the answer is one number. The consult is free, the program fee covers the full 12 weeks, and nothing renews unless you and your NP decide to continue.

How much does peptide therapy cost at Flow Wellness?

Flow programs are one flat fee per 12-week program, from $300 to $800 depending on the program. Custom multi-peptide stacks are priced by quote on your free consult. There is no subscription and no monthly membership.
How much does medical weight loss cost at Flow?

Our two weight-loss programs are $700 and $750 per 12-week program. That one fee covers your NP evaluation and supervision, supplies, check-ins, and medication when it is prescribed. Which program fits you is decided with your NP at your consult.
Is the consultation free?

Yes. The first 25-minute consult with our nurse practitioner is free and there is no obligation. If a program is not a good fit for you, we tell you on the call.
What does the $249 Flow Panel include, and is it credited?

The Flow Panel is a 40+ biomarkers blood panel processed by a CLIA-certified lab and reviewed with you by your NP. The $249 Flow Panel is credited toward any 12-week program you start within 14 days of your panel. Your NP will tell you at your consult whether labs are recommended for your protocol.
Are there monthly fees, memberships, or auto-renewals?

No. You pay one program fee for the 12-week program. Nothing renews automatically. If you and your NP decide to continue after a completed program, that plan is set up individually and discussed with you before anything is charged.
Does insurance cover it? Can I use my HSA or FSA?

Flow is self-pay and does not bill insurance. Many patients submit their receipts to an HSA or FSA; whether a given expense is eligible depends on your plan administrator.
What happens after my 12 weeks?

After your 12 weeks, you and your NP decide what comes next — stopping, a new program, or an individual maintenance plan for patients who completed a program. Maintenance is priced per patient and is not a subscription.
