Inside the consult.
01
Your goals
What do you want — weight loss, performance, recovery, sexual wellness, longevity? We start there.
02
Your history
Medical history, current meds, past peptide experience. We make sure peptides are safe for you specifically.
03
Your protocol
If we recommend a program, you know the price, the dosing, and the timeline before you commit. If not, we tell you.
What it isn't
We don't sell on the call.
- No upsell. If peptides aren't right for you, we say so.
- No payment info collected during the consult.
- No follow-up sales spam. We respect your time.
- No pressure to start the same week. Take your time.
Before you book
Common questions.
How long is the consultation, and is it really free?
+
Yes. It is a free 15-minute video or phone call with Bryana NP-C, a licensed Nurse Practitioner. No card on file, no charge, no obligation to start a program afterward.
Who runs the call?
+
Bryana NP-C, board-certified Nurse Practitioner licensed in New York with telehealth privileges across the lower 48. She runs every clinical consult personally — you are not talking to a sales rep or a chatbot.
Will I be pressured to start a program on the call?
+
No. There is no sales script, no payment collected during the consult, and no follow-up sales spam. If peptide therapy is not the right fit, Bryana will say so directly and recommend other options.
Which states do you cover via telehealth?
+
Flow Wellness is licensed for telehealth peptide therapy across the lower 48 states. Patients in Hamburg, NY and surrounding Western New York towns (Buffalo, Orchard Park, East Aurora, Williamsville, Amherst) also have the option of in-clinic visits.
Do I need medical records or labs before the consult?
+
No records are required to book the free consult. If you have recent labs (CBC, metabolic panel, hormone panel) or a current medication list, sharing them in Jane App before the call helps Bryana give more specific guidance, but it is not a prerequisite.
