There's a gap in modern healthcare. On one side: luxury med spas charging premium prices for cookie-cutter treatments. On the other: faceless online clinics that email you a protocol and disappear. We knew there had to be a better way.
That's why Lucas founded Flow Wellness — to create a practice that combines clinical expertise with genuine, personalized care. Every protocol is built around your unique biology, goals, and lifestyle, designed by a board-certified Nurse Practitioner under New York medical director oversight.
Today Flow Wellness serves a growing patient roster across nine evidence-based programs, spanning weight management, performance, recovery, sexual wellness, and longevity. We don't sell packages — we build protocols that fit. Most of our patients stay on their initial protocol through completion.

Board-certified NP and the lead prescribing clinician behind every Flow protocol. Bryana designs personalized peptide therapy, weight management, and longevity programs for patients in WNY and via telehealth — and she takes patient call-backs personally. Licensed in New York.

Megan
RN with expertise in injection technique, dosing coordination, and patient wellness. Megan partners with Bryana on every patient and is the touchpoint Flow patients rely on between visits.

Lucas founded Flow Wellness with a simple mission: make evidence-based peptide therapy accessible, personalized, and clinically rigorous. His focus on patient outcomes and education drives every decision at Flow.
Flow Wellness operates as a clinical practice under New York medical director oversight. Our prescribing Nurse Practitioner is licensed in New York State, and all peptide protocols are dispensed through a U.S. FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacy under valid prescriptions.
