1. Who We Are

Flow Wellness ("Flow," "we," "us") is a medical practice offering Nurse Practitioner–supervised wellness programs from our Hamburg, NY clinic and via telehealth. Flow Wellness is not a pharmacy and does not sell medication directly. All medications require a prescription issued by a licensed provider after a clinical evaluation. These Terms govern your use of flowellness.org, the Flow Wellness mobile app, and our services.

2. Not Medical Advice; No Guarantee of Treatment

Content on this website — including the blog, quiz, and program pages — is educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Taking the quiz or booking a consultation does not make you a patient and does not guarantee that any program or medication will be offered to you. Whether a protocol is appropriate is decided solely by a licensed clinician after evaluation. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Clinical services are available only where our providers are licensed and telehealth rules permit; availability varies by state.

4. The Clinical Relationship

A provider–patient relationship is formed only after a completed clinical evaluation with our licensed provider. Clinical care is additionally governed by our consent forms, our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, and applicable law. You agree to provide accurate, complete health information — our providers' decisions depend on it.

5. Fees and Payment

Program fees are clinical-program fees as described on the relevant program page: they cover clinical evaluation, NP supervision, check-ins, and supplies, with medication included only when prescribed. Payments are processed by Stripe; Flow does not see or store your card numbers. Flow operates on a self-pay basis and does not bill insurance. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Compounded Medications

Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as their FDA-approved counterparts. They are provided for individual patient use only pursuant to a prescription issued after a clinical evaluation. See the sitewide medical disclaimer and Medical Disclaimer page.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website or app — including attempting to access other users' data, scraping content at scale, submitting false information, or using the services on someone else's behalf without authorization.

8. Intellectual Property

The website, app, content, and branding are owned by Flow Wellness or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute them without permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The website and app are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, except as required by law. Nothing in these Terms limits our responsibilities for clinical care under applicable medical-practice law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flow's liability arising from your use of the website or app (as distinct from clinical care) is limited to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Erie County, New York.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version; material changes will be posted on this page.
