When the beach is ten minutes away in February, goals don't wait for a new year. Programs run 12 weeks, so if you have a date in mind — a trip, an event, a season — tell your NP at the consult and plan backward from it. She'll be straight with you about what a program can and can't do.
Skin, weight and recovery in one conversation
Many people come to Flow with more than one goal. Our catalog includes medical weight loss, skin programs such as GHK-Cu and the Glow program, and recovery and longevity programs. Instead of stacking products from different places, your nurse practitioner looks at the whole picture and recommends a program — or tells you it isn't the right time.
Florida is part of Flow’s plans
Flow is based in Western New York, with a Delray Beach flagship planned for 2027. Until then, South Florida patients are served by telehealth: consults and check-ins by video or phone, and programs shipped cold-packed early in the week so they don't sit in Florida heat over a weekend.

If prescribed, medication comes from a U.S. 503A compounding pharmacy and ships to your door, with supplies and self-injection training.

Short check-ins and secure messaging with your NP, dose set and adjusted individually through all 12 weeks.
The $249 Flow Panel is credited toward any 12-week program you start within 14 days of your panel.
