Desert heat and a shipped program
Summer in the valley regularly runs well past 100°F, which matters when medication travels. Programs that need it are shipped in insulated, cold-packed boxes, and we schedule shipments early in the week so a package isn't sitting in a hot depot over a weekend. If you won't be home to receive it, tell us — we'd rather move the ship date than leave a box on a doorstep in July.
