What is NAD+?

NAD+ (nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide) is a coenzyme found in every cell in your body. It's essential for two critical processes:

  • Energy production: NAD+ converts food into usable ATP (cellular fuel) inside mitochondria

  • Speed: Injection delivers NAD+ directly rather than relying on digestive conversion, so it doesn't depend on gut absorption the way oral precursors do.
