Medical Weight Loss in Clarence, NY
Flow Wellness Is Opening in Clarence
Flow Wellness is a nurse-practitioner-led medical weight loss and peptide therapy clinic in Western New York. Our Clarence office opens Tuesday, October 13, 2026, at 9276 Main St, Suite 3, Clarence, NY 14031. It's right on Main Street, with free, easy parking.
The office is by appointment only. You book a time and sit down with our team.
You don't have to wait for opening day to get started. Our Hamburg office at 4535 Southwestern Blvd, Suite 207 is open now, also by appointment, and telehealth is available now as well.
The Clarence office is the closer option for most of the Northtowns. It serves Clarence, Clarence Center, Williamsville, East Amherst, Akron and Lancaster.
Why an In-Person Office Matters for Weight Loss
Flow started as a telehealth-first practice, and that still works well for a lot of people. Some things are better face to face, though. In Clarence, the first steps can happen in one place: a consult with our team, and a plan for your bloodwork when your NP recommends it. The panel itself is collected at home with a kit we send you.
That bloodwork matters. Your baseline numbers help your NP decide whether a program is appropriate and how to set it up, instead of guessing from a questionnaire. If you want the longer explanation, read why your health plan should start with bloodwork.
After your first visit, most follow-ups can be short telehealth check-ins, and your NP is reachable through secure messaging between them. You come back to the office when it's useful.
Programs and Pricing
Flow runs two medical weight loss programs. Both use GLP-1 medications, both run 12 weeks, and both are the same price at either office.
Weight Loss Program (Semaglutide): $700 program fee / 12 weeks
An NP-supervised GLP-1 program with a once-weekly injection. It includes a personalized titration plan, medication when prescribed, weekly clinical check-ins, and direct messaging with your NP through your secure patient portal.
Weight Loss Program (Tirzepatide): $750 program fee / 12 weeks
A dual GIP/GLP-1 program, also a once-weekly injection. It is often a fit for patients who plateau on semaglutide. It includes a titration plan, medication when prescribed, biweekly clinical check-ins, and secure NP messaging.
Dosing: individualized, and set by your NP after your consult. We don't publish dose schedules because yours depends on you.
One price for the whole program. Each program is one flat fee for 12 weeks. There's no membership to cancel and nothing renews on its own. When your 12 weeks are done, you and your NP choose what's next: our standard wean-off protocol, or an individual maintenance plan. That is your choice, never a requirement.
Bloodwork: the Flow Panel is $249. It is credited toward any 12-week program you start within 14 days of your panel.
These medications are compounded. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved and are not the same as brand-name products. They are provided only when clinically appropriate, after clinical evaluation and under licensed medical oversight.

How It Works
Step 1: Free 25-Minute Consult
Every program starts with a free 25-minute consult. We review your goals, and your NP decides whether a program is appropriate for you. If a program isn't right for you, we say so on the call.
Step 2: Bloodwork, When Your NP Recommends It
Your panel is collected at home with a kit we send you, so there is no lab visit. Your protocol is built around your actual numbers, not a template.
Step 3: Your Program Is Set Up
Your NP designs your plan and your titration schedule, and sets it up conservatively to minimize side effects. Medication is included when it is prescribed.
Step 4: Check-Ins for 12 Weeks
You have regular clinical check-ins through the program, and you can message your NP through your secure patient portal in between.
Step 5: Decide What Comes Next
At the end of 12 weeks you talk through next steps with your NP. Nothing continues automatically.
Common Questions from Clarence Patients
Can I start before October 13?
Yes. Hamburg and telehealth are available now. You can book your consult today and plan your first Clarence visit for when the office opens.
Can I walk in?
No. Both offices are by appointment only. Book a free consult online or call (716) 860-1875 to schedule.
Do I have to come in person?
No. Telehealth isn't going anywhere. The Clarence office is for Western New York patients who want in-person care, and most check-ins after your first visit happen by telehealth anyway.
Is there a monthly membership?
No. Each program is one flat fee for 12 weeks. Nothing renews automatically.
I live between the two offices. Which one should I use?
Whichever is the easier drive. Hamburg is closer for the Southtowns and Clarence is closer for the Northtowns. It's the same team, the same programs and the same pricing at both.
