How Custom Stack works.

Custom Stack is built for patients with prior peptide experience who want a multi-peptide protocol rather than a single-issue program. You bring the goals and your history. Bryana Baer, NP designs the stack — combining peptides for synergistic effect with proper sequencing, dosing, and clinical safety checks. Includes labs where appropriate, 12 weeks of active dosing, and ongoing NP messaging. Pricing varies by stack complexity and is quoted on the free consult call.

About Custom Stack.

How long does the Custom Stack program last? +
The Flow Wellness program runs 12 weeks of active dosing. After that, you and your NP decide what’s next — including an optional maintenance plan for patients who complete a program. Your nurse practitioner adjusts the protocol throughout based on your response.
Is this FDA-approved? +
Not FDA-approved for the indications discussed. Compounded under Section 503A pharmacy oversight. Provided only after clinical evaluation, under licensed medical oversight.
How does my medication get filled? +
After your free consult and clinical evaluation, your protocol is authorized under clinical oversight and sent to a U.S. compounding pharmacy partner. From there, your NP gets you started — self-injection training and ongoing support included.
Do I need to come to the Hamburg, NY clinic? +
No. Custom Stack is available via HIPAA-compliant telehealth across the lower 48 states. In-person visits are available at our Hamburg clinic if preferred.
What happens if it's not the right fit for me? +
During your free 25-minute consult, our NP may recommend a different program — or tell you peptide therapy isn't the right fit at all. No pressure, no upsell.
