About this program

How Sexual Wellness Program (PT-141) works.

PT-141 (bremelanotide) is a melanocortin receptor agonist that acts centrally on libido and arousal — distinct from PDE-5 inhibitors (Viagra/Cialis) which act on blood flow. Used by Flow patients of any gender for desire-side concerns where vascular medications haven't been the right fit.

The Flow Wellness program runs 12 weeks of active dosing followed by an optional 4-week maintenance window. Your nurse practitioner adjusts the protocol throughout based on your response.

How does my medication get filled? +

Do I need to come to the Hamburg, NY clinic? +

No. Sexual Wellness Program (PT-141) is available via HIPAA-compliant telehealth across the lower 48 states. In-person visits are available at our Hamburg clinic if preferred.
