How long does the Custom Stack program last? +

The Flow Wellness program runs 12 weeks of active dosing followed by an optional 4-week maintenance window. Your nurse practitioner adjusts the protocol throughout based on your response.

Is this FDA-approved? +

How does my prescription get filled? +

After your free consult and clinical evaluation, Bryana NP submits a prescription to a U.S. compounding pharmacy partner. Medication ships directly to your door. No pharmacy pickup required.

Do I need to come to the Hamburg, NY clinic? +

No. Custom Stack is available via HIPAA-compliant telehealth across the lower 48 states. In-person visits are available at our Hamburg clinic if preferred.

What happens if it's not the right fit for me? +
