Is this compounded under FDA-registered pharmacies?+
Yes. We use FDA-registered 503A compounding pharmacies for patient-specific prescriptions and 503B outsourcing facilities for stocked items. Every patient receives a valid prescription from our prescribing provider; every fill is documented.
What's the refund policy?+
If you change your mind before peptides ship, full refund. Once peptides have been compounded and shipped, refunds are pro-rated based on what's been used — contact us and we'll work through it together.
Can I use insurance?+
No. Like all of Flow Wellness's programs, this is a self-pay, out-of-pocket program. We don't bill insurance — which keeps our pricing transparent and our care unconstrained.
What if I'm in a state where peptides aren't allowed?+
We ship to all 50 states where the specific peptides in your protocol are legal to compound and dispense for patient-specific use. If anything in your particular Stack isn't permissible in your state, we'll let you know during clinical review and offer an alternative protocol or refund.
What if I have side effects?+
You have direct text access to our prescribing provider 7 days a week. Mild side effects (injection-site reactions, mild GI symptoms during titration) are manageable with simple adjustments. For anything beyond mild, we hold and reassess together.
